Josh Alford began his career in the roofing industry as a project and sales manager for a Cincinnati roofing company. During that time, he worked alongside business partners with more than 50 years of combined experience in the home exterior industry. The knowledge and experience he gained prepared him to establish Josh A Roofing and serve homeowners throughout the Greater Miami Valley and Southwest Ohio Region.

As we grew our roofing business, the same question kept coming up – “While you’re up there replacing my roof, couldn’t you just do the gutters too?”
At first, we weren’t able to confidently answer that question. It took some years of making sure we had the right partners for materials (Marsh building products for gutters and Shur Flow for gutter guards) and proper training to be sure customers would get the results we could put our name to.
Now, we are constantly asked to do gutter jobs that aren’t even attached to roof work. That makes us proud and happy to offer these services to our customers.
Something we hope you appreciate about our growth in services is that each addition was due to our customers desiring the level of service we provided to extend to something else needed.
So, when we were asked to consider siding – the same level of care was taken to be sure we didn’t let our customers down.
Teaming up with Certainteed Siding, James Hardie, and Ply Gem supplied us with the quality materials for assuring we could stand behind the workmanship we knew was possible with our crews. And now, we are a preferred siding installer and requested to handle many after-storm repairs.
We offer an array of services to shore up or shine up the exterior of your home. Our team can also help customers with specialty services related to maintaining and increasing the value of your property. Some of these specialty services include window replacement, decks, soffits and fascia, and Christmas tree lights hanging and removal.
